Here's what I've been up to lately.
2025/08/29: Ended Stealth Startup Internship
I ended my time working as an intern at a stealth startup. During my time, I designed and developed a meal planner program and recipe book that creates a customized meal plan viewable in calendar format based on user preferences. To accomplish this, I utilized Next.js for frontend, TypeScript-based Supabase Edge Functions (with Supabase database and Google OAuth authentication) for backend, and GPT-4.1-mini for meal plan generation, all deployed via AWS Amplify.

2025/08/25: Started Undergraduate Data Science Researcher Job
I started working as an undergraduate data science researcher at the The Data Mine in Purdue University, on behalf of the 3M Company.
2025/07: Personal Website Overhaul
I completed a massive overhaul of my personal website, adding more organization of pages and quality of life features.

2025/07/17: Received AWS Certified Developer - Associate
Due to my work in AWS over the past year, I decided to prepare for and take the test for this certification. This also renewed other AWS certifications I had received prior to this one.

2024/05/01: Ended Undergraduate Data Science Researcher Job
I ended my work as an undergraduate data science researcher at the The Data Mine in Purdue University, on behalf of the Knudsen Institute.
2025/05: Completed Honors Research Project
I worked over the Spring 2025 semester in order to make an AI-driven model that could predict future U.S. elections to a reasonable degree of accuracy, advised by Professor Yexiang Xue. I also presented my results to an audience of like-minded peers.

2025/04/30: 2025 Data Mine Corporate Partners Symposium
Over the course of the 2024-2025 academic year, I worked with a team within the Knudsen Institute to design and implement web scraping solutions with BeautifulSoup and Selenium, and train an NER model to recognize and effectively categorize manufacturing terminology. We presented our work at this symposium.

2024/10/27: Mentored in Hello World Hackathon 2024
I mentored participants in Hello World 2024, the nation's largest freshman-only hackathon. Here, I helped participants troubleshoot their submissions, using my skills in various programming languages to help solve various coding problems and fix bugs.

2024/08/19: Started Undergraduate Data Science Researcher Job
I started working as an undergraduate data science researcher at the The Data Mine in Purdue University, on behalf of the Knudsen Institute.
2024/08: Built Personal Website
I spent some time developing a responsive personal website in AWS using Terraform for infrastructure as code. I implemented hosting with AWS S3, security and content delivery with AWS CloudFront, and domain management with AWS Route 53.

2024/07/01: Ended Tutoring Jobs
I ended my summer tutoring jobs at Gideon Math and Reading and Kumon. In these jobs, I tutored children from a range of grades K-12, helping them refine their math and reading skills through one-on-one tutoring and worksheet enhancement.
2024/06/30: Received AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
I decided to prepare for and take the test for this certification in order to enhance my capabilities in AWS.

2024/04/24: 2024 Data Mine Corporate Partners Symposium
Over the course of the 2024 Spring semester, I worked with a team within CAS (Pistoia Alliance) to produce detailed data visualizations, including directed graphs, bar charts, and pie charts. We utilized Agile development as well as Python and R programming as part of a team to conduct complex data analysis for CAS Chemicals, and presented our work at this symposium.

2023/05: Ended Role As Treasurer for the Honors College Residential Society
I ended my role as treasurer for the Honors College Residential Society. In this role, I organized and led volunteering opportunities and events within the Honors College Residences at Purdue. I served as Treasurer in a leadership capacity, taking an active part in the organization of various events in which hundreds of students were in attendance.
2022/09/25: Participated in SIGGD Game Jam 2022
I participated in SIGGD Game Jam 2022, a game jam for members of the SIGGD club at Purdue. Here, I worked in a small team to produce our submission for this game jam: a game where you shovel snow to make the biggest snowball you can while avoiding enemies.

I participated in Hello World 2022, the nation's largest freshman-only hackathon. Here, I worked with a partner to produce our submission for this hackathon: a calculator with more enhanced features and quality of life improvements compared to calculator apps found on phones.

2021/07: Coding Non-Profits Foundation and Leadership
During this summer, I founded and led NightCode and The Future of Code, non-profit computer science organizations dedicated to the management of hackathons and the teaching of kids.

2021/01/11: Achieved Eagle Rank in Troop 747
I achieved the Eagle Rank in Boy Scouts, the highest rank available for scouts.
2020/06: Completed Eagle Project
During this summer, I developed and executed a three-phase project, working with the City of Plano and Boy Scout Troop 747. I worked directly with the Plano, Texas city government to design and execute electronic acceptances from residents, which was a first for the city.
